We do not telephone you constantly, bombard you with emails or pressurise you into instructing us. Our preferred method of contact is by email or telephone and a newsletter, apart from chasing you for your feedback at the end of your case, we never make it a habit to harass our clients.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and do not take our success for granted. To help ensure that our service is always improved and tailored to meet the ever changing needs of our clients, we have an operating programme of client surveys. These are conducted by our business development manager by phone or email, towards the end of or following the conclusion of your instructions to us. Results are collated on a regular basis and anonymous comments are forwarded to the director and person concerned. We believe that this attention to our client services is just one of the many factors that sets us clearly apart from our competitors.
We constantly strive to be totally transparent with our fees and we always discuss our fees with our clients in advance prior to taking any instructions.
