Debt & Rent Recovery
We provide various forms of debt recovery services to all our clients. We operate on a primarily fixed fee service across all four main stages of the debt recovery process. Drafting a letter before action which will be sent to the debtor is tailored to each individual case. Preparing a money claim, obtaining a County Court Judgment (CCJ) and enforcing a CCJ are all services we offer.
Our research shows that on average, 83% of cases result in payment or offer of payment at our letter before action stage, with no further action required. Subsequent steps available following the service of a Letter Before Action are mentioned below.

A consultation is taken with an in-house lawyer who will We discuss the claim you seek with you and review the documents you have available.
